Complaints

At Agilaflex we are committed to providing you the highest achievable standard of care in the areas of chiropractic, osteopathy and physiotherapy. We aim to operate in a clear, ethical and open way at all time with you. However, if following treatment you have any questions or concerns then please contact us in confidence at clientcare@agilaflex.co.uk or by writing to us at 53 Parchment Street, Winchester, SO23 8BA. If you raise a concern directly with your clinician they are obliged to relay that to the Clinic Director, who will then look into your concern further.

We take our service delivery very seriously. So where you feel you have cause for concern our policy to resolve this will see that:

  1. We respond to you within 5 business days or raising your concern to confirm an investigation will take place. As part of this investigation we may need to contact you again to ask further questions.
  2. We aim to provide you with our review within 30 days of you raising your concerns with us.

And if at any stage you are unsatisfied with how we are handling your concerns you are entitled to speak to the clinician’s regulatory body. We will send you full details of the appropriate body with our initial acknowledgement.
